The challenge

Machinists spent up to 45 minutes per shift walking between workstations transporting heavy tool holders and raw stock.

What we built

Dual-motor differential chassis, PID line-following optical array, ultrasonic obstacle detection with automatic emergency stop, and custom CNC-bent aluminium frame.

The result
