The challenge
Manual inventory in physical notebooks led to frequent stockouts on fast-moving fasteners, unrecorded shrinkage, and delayed reordering.
What we built
Barcode-integrated web POS, multi-bin inventory tracker, automated supplier PO generation, and daily end-of-day summary reports via WhatsApp API.
